Spole\u010dnost Boots z Nottinghamu ve Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii jej<\/strong> poprv\u00e9 za\u010dala vyv\u00edjet a zdokonalovat jeho strukturu<\/strong> p\u0159ipravenou pro pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed testovan\u00fdm osob\u00e1m v roce 1988 - n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed dva roky byl podroben p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9mu <\/strong>testov\u00e1n\u00ed v ter\u00e9nu.

Bez ohledu na tento patent byl sibutramin jako antidepresivum v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch p\u011bti letech nad\u00e1le <\/strong> intenzivn\u011b testov\u00e1n a d\u00e1le vyv\u00edjen<\/strong>. Pro mnoho tehdej\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f bylo skute\u010dn\u011b pozoruhodn\u00e9<\/strong>, \u017ee tento l\u00e9k nevedl k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm <\/strong>v\u00fdkyv\u016fm n\u00e1lady jako u b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch antidepresiv. <\/p>\n

Na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch trvale zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny<\/a><\/strong> serotoninu v t\u011ble p\u0159i u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto p\u0159\u00edpravku vedla mnoh\u00e9 <\/strong>k p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee by mohl b\u00fdt t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 „dokonal\u00fdm“ prost\u0159edkem ke<\/strong> zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed deprese\/integraci neust\u00e1l\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edlivu pozitivn\u00ed „n\u00e1lady“ a „energie“<\/strong> u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed trp\u011bli onemocn\u011bn\u00edm, je\u017e od\u010derp\u00e1valo z jejich dostupn\u00fdch z\u00e1sob<\/strong> serotoninu nebo regulace jeho uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Pot\u00e9, co spole\u010dnost Knoll pharmaceuticals<\/a> v roce 1995 koupila v\u00fdzkumnou divizi spole\u010dnosti Boots, pokra\u010dovala v <\/strong>testech a pr\u00e1v\u011b zde n\u00e1hodou<\/strong> zjistila, \u017ee ob\u00e9zn\u00ed pacienti u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed sibutramin byli skute\u010dn\u011b ztr\u00e1celi zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed v\u00e1hy<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To nakonec <\/strong>vedlo k tomu, \u017ee byl pod\u00e1v\u00e1n ob\u00e9zn\u00edm pacient\u016fm jako pomocn\u00fd prost\u0159edek p\u0159i hubnut\u00ed zcela nez\u00e1visle na<\/strong> jeho antidepresivn\u00edch vlastnostech. Ve skute\u010dnosti toto druh\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed brzy z nezn\u00e1m\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f vy\u0161lo z „m\u00f3dy“. <\/p>\n

Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd „ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed“ z\u00e1znam o logice p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed<\/strong> u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto l\u00e9ku v r\u00e1mci <\/strong>antidepresivn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby. V r\u00e1mci t\u00e9to oblasti se skute\u010dn\u011b uk\u00e1zal jako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd<\/strong> - n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee to mohlo b\u00fdt jednodu\u0161e kv\u016fli nedostatku dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu<\/strong> nebo dostate\u010dn\u011b p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00fdch<\/strong> korelac\u00ed solidn\u00edch d\u016fkaz\u016f. <\/p>\n

Nap\u0159\u00edklad zpr\u00e1vy o testech nebyly nikdy ofici\u00e1ln\u011b <\/strong>zve\u0159ejn\u011bny, co\u017e nepochybn\u011b po\u0161kodilo jejich „legitimitu“.<\/p>\n

„Ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed“ ob\u011bh sibutramin pro \u00fa\u010dely hubnut\u00ed<\/a><\/strong> za\u010dalo v roce 1997, kdy FDA schv\u00e1lila jeho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed pro osoby, kter\u00e9 byly pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za klinicky ob\u00e9zn\u00ed<\/strong>, jako pomoc p\u0159i hubnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n

V mnoha ohledech to byla pr\u00e1v\u011b tato „ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed“ kondice, kter\u00e1 pomohla p\u0159ipravit p\u016fdu pro <\/em>popul\u00e1rn\u00ed postupy v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad nasazen\u00ed \u017ealude\u010dn\u00ed band\u00e1\u017ee. Bylo to poprv\u00e9, kdy<\/strong> byl ob\u00e9zn\u00ed populaci poskytnut pom\u011brn\u011b „krotk\u00fd“ (nebo si to alespo\u0148 l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 v\u011bda tehdy myslela) prost\u0159edek ke kontrole<\/strong> mno\u017estv\u00ed tuku v t\u011ble<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Pod n\u00e1zvy Reductil a Meridia distribuovala tento „l\u00e9k“ spole\u010dnost Knoll Pharma - tyto „b\u011b\u017en\u00e9“ n\u00e1zvy se staly nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi komer\u010dn\u00edmi n\u00e1zvy sibutraminu.<\/p>\n

Jako \u00fadajn\u011b „bezpe\u010dn\u00e1“ pom\u016fcka pro hubnut\u00ed se \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edval<\/strong> a\u017e do ledna 2003, kdy byla provedena rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 studie „Sibutramine Cardiovascular Outcomes“, kter\u00e1 trvala a\u017e do listopadu 2005.<\/p>\n

B\u011bhem tohoto obdob\u00ed bylo vy\u0161et\u0159eno <\/strong>10 742 pacient\u016f a kone\u010dn\u00fdm v\u00fdsledkem bylo, \u017ee sibutramin m\u011bl pom\u011br rizika 1,16, pokud jde o. vyvol\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed<\/a><\/strong> t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed \/ arteri\u00e1ln\u00ed funkce.<\/p>\n

Tento pom\u011br rizik byl pova\u017eov\u00e1n za p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00fd na to,<\/strong> aby distribuce reduktilu pokra\u010dovala za \u00fa\u010delem boje proti obezit\u011b<\/strong>. Proto jej<\/strong> spole\u010dnost Knoll a v\u0161ichni ostatn\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00ed v\u00fdrobci zcela st\u00e1hli z trhu<\/strong> a pot\u00e9 byl odk\u00e1z\u00e1n na l\u00e9kov\u00fd „o\u010distec“ (pouze pro \u00fa\u010dely testov\u00e1n\u00ed, pokud v\u016fbec n\u011bkdy). <\/p>\n

To by standardn\u011b<\/strong> znamenalo, \u017ee se v<\/strong> pr\u016fb\u011bhu zkou\u0161ek budou t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zaru\u010den\u011b<\/strong> v pravideln\u00fdch intervalech objevovat<\/strong> ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky<\/a>. Nen\u00ed jist\u00e9, zda tato zd\u00e1nliv\u011b neobjektivn\u00ed forma testov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> byla nasazena z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b, ale rozhodn\u011b se<\/strong> t\u00edm dos\u00e1hlo negativn\u00edho v\u00fdsledku<\/strong> pro distribuci tohoto produktu. <\/p>\n

Je docela zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed,<\/strong> \u017ee se reductil <\/a>setkal s tak rozs\u00e1hlou kritikou<\/strong>, ale jin\u00e9 <\/strong>l\u00e9ky, zejm\u00e9na hormony \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy, nebyly zkoum\u00e1ny<\/strong> z hlediska jejich mo\u017en\u00fdch nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f na organismus.<\/p>\n

T3 je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b mnohem nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>, pokud jde o ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed probl\u00e9my vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed u u\u017eivatel\u016f, ne\u017e je reductil - rozd\u00edl je v tom, \u017ee oba <\/strong>l\u00e9ky byly nasazeny pro zcela odli\u0161n\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Do t\u00e9 doby v\u0161ak bude jedin\u00fdm prost\u0159edkem k z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto produktu spole\u010dnost UGL (UnderGround Laboratories)<\/a>.
