Si eres aficionado al culturismo, una cosa que tienes que cuidar seriamente es tu peso.<\/span>Tu \u00cdndice de Masa Corporal (IMC) debe ser inferior a 27, si tu IMC es superior a 27 tienes sobrepeso y si tu IMC es igual o superior a 30 se te considera obeso. Aunque una dieta adecuada y sana y el ejercicio regular son aconsejables para cualquiera que desee perder peso, hay situaciones en las que esto por s\u00ed solo no bastar\u00e1 para perder el peso suficiente. <\/span><\/p>\n

La historia de Joanne sobre Reductil<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A los 28 a\u00f1os, Joanne decidi\u00f3 que necesitaba hacer cambios definitivos en su vida.<\/p>\n

Joanne ten\u00eda un IMC<\/strong><\/a> de 28, lo que la situaba en la categor\u00eda de personas con sobrepeso. Se hab\u00eda esforzado conscientemente por perder peso dejando de comer alimentos ricos en grasas y calor\u00edas. Adem\u00e1s, con la ayuda de una amiga, Joanne se hab\u00eda dedicado a seguir un r\u00e9gimen de entrenamiento programado. De hecho, hab\u00eda decidido dedicarse al culturismo, pero s\u00f3lo despu\u00e9s de perder algo de peso.<\/p>\n

Ciclo Reductil de Joanne<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Joanne se reuni\u00f3 con su m\u00e9dico y, tras un examen exhaustivo, recibi\u00f3 el visto bueno para empezar un ciclo de ciclo de Reductil<\/strong><\/a>. Su m\u00e9dico le hab\u00eda recetado una dosis inicial de Reductil de un solo comprimido de 10 mg al d\u00eda durante un periodo de 4 semanas. <\/p>\n

Sin embargo, antes de que su m\u00e9dico le recetara Reductil, hubo que examinar minuciosamente el historial m\u00e9dico de Joanne. Tuvo que ser revisada y absuelta de una mir\u00edada de problemas de salud, tales como: arritmia<\/strong><\/a>trastornos renales y hep\u00e1ticos, hipertiroidismo, etc. <\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n era importante que Joanne no estuviera embarazada ni buscara quedarse embarazada mientras durara el uso de Reductil.<\/p>\n

Aunque puede prescribirse una dosis diaria mayor de Reductil, su m\u00e9dico hab\u00eda decidido administrarle una dosis diaria conservadora de 10 mg. Esto se hizo para asegurarse de que su cuerpo acepta y muestra una buena tolerancia al f\u00e1rmaco, al tiempo que presenta pocos o NING\u00daN efecto secundario com\u00fan. <\/p>\n

Aunque a Joanne se le dio inicialmente un ciclo de Reductil de 4 semanas, el clorhidrato de sibutramina puede administrarse diariamente entre 6 y 24 meses.<\/p>\n

Reductil combinado con dieta y ejercicio<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Aparte de la receta de Reductil, el m\u00e9dico de Joanne tambi\u00e9n le aconsej\u00f3 que hiciera ejercicio regularmente (que ya hab\u00eda practicado con la ayuda de una amiga) y que mantuviera una dieta diaria baja en calor\u00edas y grasas.<\/p>\n

El principio activo de Reductil es la sibutramina y este compuesto act\u00faa elevando los niveles de noradrenalina y serotonina en el cerebro de una persona. Estas dos sustancias qu\u00edmicas son responsables de regular el apetito de una persona, ya sea aument\u00e1ndolo o suprimi\u00e9ndolo. <\/p>\n

En el caso de Joanne, la sibutramina de su medicaci\u00f3n Reductil le hizo experimentar una sensaci\u00f3n de saciedad.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, la medicaci\u00f3n Reductil de Joanne aument\u00f3 su metabolismo en reposo, que es el volumen de energ\u00eda que consume en estado de reposo. Debido a que su ingesta de alimentos se hab\u00eda reducido dr\u00e1sticamente, su tasa metab\u00f3lica en reposo o RMR tambi\u00e9n se hab\u00eda reducido, lo que significa que el ritmo al que su cuerpo quemaba alimentos hab\u00eda disminuido. Normalmente, esto habr\u00eda sido perjudicial para su intento de perder peso. Sin embargo, con la ingesta de Reductil<\/strong><\/a>pudo contrarrestar este efecto negativo en su campa\u00f1a de p\u00e9rdida de peso. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Efectos secundarios y resultados de Reductil de Joanne<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Como la mayor\u00eda de los medicamentos, Reductil tiene sus efectos secundarios<\/strong><\/a>. Joanne experiment\u00f3 algunos de los efectos secundarios habituales del medicamento, como sequedad de boca, estre\u00f1imiento leve y p\u00e9rdida de apetito.<\/p>\n
